Get An Awesome Fat Burning Workout Anywhere, Anytime!!!

“I just don’t have the time to hit the gym.” You’ve heard this a million times by individuals trying to burn fat. That phrase should not be a problem once you understand how to get a proper fat burning workout done with basic or minimal equipment.

The reality is to get an awesome fat burning workout, like students of the “Fat Burning Furnace System” get…one that accelerates your metabolism, stimulates the growth of lean muscle tissue, and provides cardiovascular conditioning…one needs to work all of the major muscle groups in the same workout with a variety of exercises.

There are a few choices in what apparatus to use. To say it softly you do not need a membership at a fitness center or any fancy equipment. Shark Week


Shark Week is back and begins this week on the Discovery Channel. It demonstrates that sharks do attack in as little as 3 feet of water and the depths of the ocean.

The first installment on Sunday , ‘Blood in the Water’ talks about the first recorded series of attacks in the United States off the Jersey shore during a blistering summer heat wave in 1916.

The majority of shark attacks occur upon wind-surfers and surfers making up about 57% of all attacks.

Nonetheless, most sharks do not eat people and the chance of encountering one while sunbathing is unlikely.

But there are those sharks that kill up and down the coast for a season in the same general area. This is similar to what happens in ‘ Blood in the Water’, where five people were attacked in twelve days. Four died for their gruesome injuries.

2009 X-Games Moto X Best Trick Results

Travis Pastrana was definitely the heavy favorite going into the Moto X Best Trick competition in the Staple Center judging from the introduction. Another to receive a lot of love from the crowd was the two-time reigning champ Kyle Loza, looking for a third win.

Looking like a Playstation 3 game the riders were doing tricks that seemed impossible. The incredible combinations and slow rotations were amazing to see. With the riders doing massive crashes and walking away undamaged looked just like a video game. This definitely shaped the outcome of the competition.

An unknown rider,”Willy Watts” came in with some mystery trick but backed out in both runs that commentator Brian Deegan disapproved. As the competition went on we don’t think we will see Willy at the next X Games.

Throwing out a 360 downside Indian air can-can, Blake Williams set himself firmly in the lead. With the only 450 he left the rest of the riders to crash and burn their way out of the competition.

Travis Pastrana, with twice as many X medals than the rest of the riders showed up on his old school RM 125. With the lighter weight and easier rotation was his reasoning behind bringing the smaller bike. Travis threw out a brand new trick called the Rodeo 720,but didn’t bring the bike back in line and ended crashing hard and landing on his right hip. Though his determination brought him up to the top of the ramp to give a salute to the crowd. He ended up backstage drinking on a Red Bull to watch the rest of the show. Even though he was out his crazy trick put him in medal contention.

Earning his first gold in 2007,Loza, with the Volt body variable followed up by the Electric Doom in 2008 pulled the same trick that was good enough to throw Bilko despite Williams brought something new to the field. The riders and commentators remarked on the significance on innovation, but Loza’s same trick was good enough.
With his fresh gold in Moto X Best Whip, Todd Potter played it safe with a pair of extended flip combination's bringing a bronze.
