“I just don’t have the time to hit the gym.” You’ve heard this a million times by individuals trying to burn fat. That phrase should not be a problem once you understand how to get a proper fat burning workout done with basic or minimal equipment.
The reality is to get an awesome fat burning workout, like students of the “Fat Burning Furnace System” get…one that accelerates your metabolism, stimulates the growth of lean muscle tissue, and provides cardiovascular conditioning…one needs to work all of the major muscle groups in the same workout with a variety of exercises.
There are a few choices in what apparatus to use. To say it softly you do not need a membership at a fitness center or any fancy equipment. All that you really need for a fat burning work out is good old-fashion dumbbells and/or barbells… or less. The fact is one can work their entire body with a good set of adjustable dumbbells and a simple bench.
Kept in your home and they take up very little space and will always be there for those fat burning workouts you would have to skip otherwise. The right workout averages out to about 15-20 minutes… but if you have to drive to and from the gym, this fat burning workout will become difficult for you to stick to in your everyday routine.
I personally workout at home and it definitely has its advantages. You don’t have to wait for the next machine or station in your fat burning routine at home. This is an important factor to pulling the most cardiovascular benefits out of the same fat burning and muscle building workout… Shortening your time between exercises down to 60 seconds or less.
Working out at home is also great for people that might be afraid of working out at the gym. Don’t feel bad if you feel this way, you are not alone. As weight training is traditionally thought of as the men’s territory, this is especially true for some of the ladies. Nothing could escape this from being further from the truth, but if you would rather do your fat burning routine at home, then go for it!!!
There are a ton more excuses for skipping workouts that I hear a lot about that is related to travel. For on the go people, this is a reality. You go on vacation, business trips, or go visit out of town family and friends. But when working out properly, like is taught to the Fat Burning Furnace students, you are only working out for 2-3 days per week, but what if your routing falls on the day you’re away, what is one supposed to do?
And you know trying to find a good local gym can be a big hassle. If you want to do some fat burning bodyweight exercises , there are a ton of routines you can do without any equipment at all…
Doing chin-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, etc. can supply enough muscle stimulation to keep you in tone until you get back home. Doing these routines, your body is the weights instead of using barbells, dumbbells, or anything at all.
So don’t let all those crap excuses destroy all that fat burning you want to do!!! Just remember that you can get a fat burning work out anywhere, anytime…
